Our nursery is nestled in the tranquil surrounds of the Lakes community and is lined with native flora that attracts lots of interesting native life for the children to observe.
The nursery is designed so that children spend time in rooms where the environment is appropriate for their developmental age. We have 7 rooms that cater to the different age groups.
We have 3 large outdoor areas with well-manicured green lawns and the children within all the rooms in the nursery have access to all the outdoor areas. Each area is separated by rows of picket fences. The ideal play space has been purposefully designed to promote learning through the freedom and challenges only open spaces and natural experiences can provide.
Children are stimulated through a range of sensory activities and physical play opportunities. The children have full access to tailor made climbing equipment, sand pit, mud kitchen, construction area, comprising of tyres, and construction materials, Wendy house, water area including various pipes and equipment for children to explore.
We also have a central area which is set up with soft play material and many activities related to the 7 areas of learning. Our nursery also hosts a small cozy library which is well stocked with a wide range of books to develop children’s interest in reading and in fostering literacy.
